You choose what works best for your current lifestyle. For in person, we meet in a luxurious location and spend the day together with overnight accommodations included for you.
I often get asked how we do it virtually so I have included a description below.
How We Do A Virtual Retreat:
Can I REALLY feel like I had an actual retreat through my computer virtually!?
YES, my sister. This is how we do it..
First you are going to block out your whole day on the calendar for the retreat, just as if you were going away to a retreat center. You’ll let your work, family, and friends know you will not be available because you will be at a retreat.
I will send you a list of items to have on hand so that you can create a luxurious retreat atmosphere for yourself in your own home. (If you want to book a hotel room or an airbnb type space for the weekend - you can take it to the next level!)
We will spend 6 hours together online, broken up into two 3 hour slots with a spacious lunch break in the day.
During our off screen time you will have luscious “homeplay” instructions that will guide you effortlessly into bliss and deep connection to your inner Sensual Goddess.

Most women are craving the sensual side of the feminine at this time, but this is a day completely for YOU, and we will curate each exercise and element to match what is most aligned for your personally at this time.

What is included in a personal retreat:
This is a completely unique experience that will be curated 100% to you individually based on what we determine will be the focus of the retreat from our intake call, so I can’t anticipate EXACTLY what your specific retreat will include but most likely it will include some form of the following:
One hour pre-retreat video call to clarify the exact purpose and focus of our time together, with tips and tools you’ll be able to implement immediately even before we begin the actual retreat.
One hour follow up video call 1-2 weeks after our retreat to see how you are doing at implementing our work together into your daily life, and to look at what tweaks we want to make.
1-2 full days of dedicated time together for your actual retreat (Details of exact amount of time and whether it is in person or virtual will be determined in interview prior to booking retreat.)
Welcome package upon arrival for in person retreat or delivered in the mail for a virtual retreat. (Including journal, flowers, self care products, and extra surprise goodies that will pamper you.)
Personalized binder for you to keep with material that we will cover at the retreat, and exercises and practices to take home to revisit and continue working with after our time is over
Personalized play list of music curated specifically for you and your transformation. We will use during the retreat, and you can have after so you can continue to revisit and work with on your own
A self care and daily routine plan for you to take home with you and implement changes that will last a lifetime.
