An evening designed to introduce you to the world of tantra, and open you to the untapped potential of your sexual energy.
Learn tools to deepen your capacity for intimacy, and elevate your lovemaking to a sacred act.
This workshop will include breath work, massage, energy practices, and playful partner exercizes.
The focus is not on sexual technique, but on tools to open your physical and subtle body to be more present to sensation, to the energy between you and your lover, and to the desires and needs of your partner.
You will discover new ways to let your heart be seen and felt during lovemaking, and enhance polarity to create more heat, and electricity.
*There will be no nudity or genital contact in this workshop.

What is Tantra?

Neo Tantra (what we will be exploring in this workshop) is a version of Tantra that emphasizes the physical and spiritual aspects of intimate relationship, and explores the dojo of relationship as the space for personal evolution and spiritual awakening. Neo-Tantra provides tools and a framework to elevate your relationships to the sacred.
Meet Amanda
Amanda is a masterful facilitator with over 15 years of experience leading workshops and retreats worldwide.
She has been guiding Tantra in various forms since 2007 when she founded her company Urban Goddess in New York City helping women awaken and embody their inner goddess.
She is dedicated to helping you discover the power of your sexual life force energy, and deepening your intimacy with your self and in your relationships.
