The triad is a universal formula for awakening feminine power that is based on goddess archetypes.
Once upon a time young women would have sat in circle around a fire with their elders and been told stories about the Goddesses, and taught about their own innate power and value as a woman. Urban Goddess rekindles this tradition through sharing the stories and the power of the Goddesses that reside within your own psyche, body and soul.
The process of learning the Triad of Feminine Power is a process of remembering something you already know somewhere in you your heart and mind, but have lost connection with. This process reconnects you to your own inner knowing, and helps give you permission to trust and embody that knowing.
We work with the Triad on 3 levels:
Mental - accessing the psychic spaces in your consciousness where these Goddess energies reside through myth, story, and imagery. We consciously open up neural pathways and shift behaviors.
Spiritual- Connecting on a spiritual level through visualization, meditation, mantra, music, and intention.
Physical- Through embodiment practices we unwind the tension and armoring which prevents you form accessing these feminine powers within your physical and energetic body.
There are 3 primary archetypes of the Goddess which are repeated again and again in all Goddess cultures around the world, and these are the 3 primary faces of your feminine power.
When you are able to balance and embody all 3 of these aspects, you live a life of balance between work, pleasure, and meaning.
And you become a living embodiment of the divine feminine.

She governs your receptivity, sensuality, playfullness, and magnetism.

Aphrodite, Oshun, Lakshmi, Lalita Tripura Sundari, and Hathor

She governs your courage, your boundaries, your fierceness, wildness, and single pointed focus on a goal.

She activates the compassionate Goddess energy in your heart, and governs your ability to feel deeply connected to others and to the divine. She opens you to feelings of love, being in service, and in community.
Goddesses that carry this archetype are:
Isis, Kuan Yin, and Mother Mary
Each of the super powers has a home within your body, a temple where this Goddess energy resides. You access this aspect of yourself by activating the corresponding power center in your body.
